Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hills Labs’ apps (PepsAI, Zumi, Ascend, sobr, and any others we publish), our website, and our creator program (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use the Services. If you’re using them on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind it.

Your account

• You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
• Don’t impersonate someone else, share your account, or create accounts at scale.
• If you spot unauthorized access, tell us immediately at support@hillslabs.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t do any of this:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Services.
• Upload anything illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Try to break, overload, or probe our systems.
• Use the Services to spam, harass, or harm other users.

Your content

Anything you create or upload through the Services (entries, media, sample posts, etc.) stays yours. By submitting it, you grant Hills Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the Services.

Creator program

If you’re accepted into the creator program:

• You’ll get briefs, hooks, and creative direction from us. You decide what to make.
• You retain ownership of the videos you produce. You grant Hills Labs a non-exclusive license to repost on the relevant app’s official channels with credit.
• Payouts are based on attributable views and installs, paid weekly. Specific rates are detailed in the creator agreement we’ll send when you’re onboarded.
• Don’t recycle the same video across multiple apps. Don’t make false or misleading claims about products.
• We can pause or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these Terms or the program rules.

Subscriptions and payments

Some apps offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. These are billed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s terms apply to the transaction; refunds go through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel them in your App Store account at least 24 hours before renewal.

Health disclaimer

PepsAI, Ascend, Zumi, and our other apps are tools — not medical advice. Nothing in any Hills Labs app is a substitute for professional guidance. If you’re tracking peptides, supplements, weight, or anything health-related, consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions.

Intellectual property

Hills Labs owns the apps, the website, our brand, and everything in them — except your content. You can’t copy, modify, or distribute our IP without permission.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that puts us or other users at risk. Sections that should survive termination (like IP ownership and disclaimers) will.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that you’ll achieve any specific outcome from using them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hills Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or anything beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hills Labs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts located there unless local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.
